So, here’s the way we get you into the best shape of your life!

1st Meeting

What are you fitness goals??? We’ll spend some time talking about your fitness history and what we can do to help you today, even if you cannot train yet.

2nd Meeting

Are you ready to train?? If you are, then we start with your first session.

  • What’s your comfortable elevated heart rate?
  • What injuries have you had?
  • How is your eating?
  • What’s your work schedule?

If not, we can help you feel ready to train. Maybe it’s something quick, like a supermarket trip for healthy breakfasts…we’ll get there.

Looking for Boxing? Or Kettlebell Classes? Then let’s check your technique, fix your form and make you aware of your core!

After that

Your program begins!

Even if you are not in shape, you have nothing to worry about, we’ll start in the right direction.

You can work no matter what!

At the start of the program, we set the schedule, (I am easy to reach via text) and start you on your journey.
