Most of our rounds will include reps of at least 15 when we use the trx.
Three major types of advanced TRX Workouts within the BASE Strength Program! Here’s how you’ll get strong!
- Super-sets | matching the rep count we lifted
- Finishers | end with a total combined rep count on the TRX
- Long sets | about 30 straight reps on the TRX
