Between 1-3 days per week of training.
Our training is divided in to 3 pieces and is FOCUSED!
We are looking to strengthen our bodies for:
- Fighting
- Race Events like OCR’s
- Ball Sports and Competitions
- Martial Arts Tournaments
- Lifting and Strong Shows
- MORE
Using my Strength Standards, which coincide with universally accepted strength populations and the sport science communities, we complete 1 MACROCYCLE.

From 3 months to 5 months, we will divide training schedule in to specifics.
Out goals at the MACRO level maybe are esoteric or at times harder to measure, but ARE reachable.
Your MACROCYCLE goalsĀ drive you for victory, pride, achievement, thrill and a break from the norm!
We will discuss the longevity of your macrocycle Day 1.
mesocycle
Pieces of the bigger picture. We will break this into 2 to 4 cycles based on your specific needs. This is based on our BASE training Schedule, which I’ve trained professional fighters with.
Either strength, burst, endurance, anaerobic or unloading focused.
This is designed early on.
MICROCYCLE
This is our work for the week OR work for the day of training. And, based on our goals, we adjust the “which” exercises we focus on:
- Mace
- TRX
- Kettlebells
- Mobility and Pilates
- AirDyne
- Power Rack
- MORE
