🔵 it’s high rep/volume day for your lifts
🟠you don’t mind your heavy (1-5 RM) lifting taking a shallow dive for a while
lift 1st if you
🔵 don’t crave cardio gains and maintenance is OK
🟠are going IN on your heavy/power day
